SCRUM
Back in the days we adopted the SCRUM methodology and since then it has been the core that keeps us in sync. We believe it makes it easier for teams to be up to date with all the work everyone is doing on a project, especially when working remotely. We have built all our working processes and habits to be agile, because all projects are dynamic and we need to adapt to change quickly in order to continue to deliver the best results.
home office
Home office culture is the future and we’ve been really happy to have adopted this working model even before the pandemic hit. We’ve been working remotely very successfully and believe that home office can even save time and make you more productive. Even our recruitment process is designed to happen fully online - both interviews and on-boarding. Of course, we have the option for office hours if you prefer to work & focus in a place other than your home.
flexible working hours
It's simple - we respect each other and value each other’s time. Therefore, we’ve adopted a flexible working hours working model - whether it is that you need to go to the dentist, pick up your kids from daycare, go to the bank or have something else you need to take care of - you are free to do so and catch up with your work later. We also believe that working overtime is not a successful practice and we do not encourage it. On the contrary, we know for sure that if you’re well rested, you’ll be more productive and you’ll avoid burnout.
Improving our skills
“How you do anything is how you do everything” - the phrase that Simon Hodges wrote a book about, we believe is very accurate. This is why we encourage our team to step out of their comfort zone and learn new things. For this purpose, we invented our “Friday Learning Day” practicе when our time is booked for diving into new technologies, reading, research and different workshops - both creative and technologically inclined.
Our working model of 4:1:2 - four days working, one day learning, two days resting - has proven to have a positive impact on the performance of our team. This model also makes it easier for them to tap into their creativity and shift their perspective, which has proven to affect problem solving skills for the better.

Team play
Our community is built on trust and honesty. We communicate with each other very openly, expressing each other’s opinions with respect. This practice helps us to communicate what we want more directly and saves valuable time talking around a problem. We always have our backs, but we also have the courage to tell the truth to each other. We also know how to joke around and have fun with our colleagues. All this goes a long way in the workplace for building a good and productive environment, helping to form more valuable personal connections.
Creativity
Often a solution comes to the mind when attention is diverted from the problem and we’re resting or thinking about simple stuff. Our mental guru from Japan - Paul Venet, preaches this practice and successfully distracts us from our reality with his workshops. Each month he shares different captivating stories from his very colourful life and work experience with us. Paul is an artist who worked in the architecture, engineering and communication fields, becoming a teacher later on. Surprisingly or not, this really helps us cultivate the traits of imagination and creativity and use them for problem solving when we feel stuck.
